Mold Process

  1. Step 1 — Design review (1-2 days): We review your artwork for mold feasibility and provide feedback.
  2. Step 2 — Mold drawing (2-3 days): We create technical mold drawings with cross-sections and dimensions for your approval.
  3. Step 3 — Mold making (5-7 days): CNC machining of the steel mold. We send photos at each stage.
  4. Step 4 — First sample (2-3 days): We produce 5-10 sample coins and ship them to you for approval.
  5. Step 5 — Production (20-35 days): After sample approval, we begin full production with weekly progress photos.

Your mold is retained for reorders. Reorders only pay per-coin price — no mold fee, no setup fee.
