Once you confirm the quote, we begin design preparation. Our team reviews your artwork for production feasibility and creates technical drawings.
Artwork review: We check resolution, color mode, layers, and mold feasibility. We provide feedback within 48 hours.
Technical drawings: We create mold drawings (coins) or cut paths (acrylic) with dimensions and cross-sections for your approval.
Free design support: Need help converting files? Our team assists at no cost. Two revisions are included free; further revisions are each.
Deposit: 50% deposit due before mold making begins. T/T, PayPal, or Western Union.
We create your custom mold (coins) or cutting setup (acrylic), then produce physical samples for your approval before full production.
Mold making (coins): CNC machining of steel mold. 5-7 days. We send photos at each stage.
Cutting setup (acrylic): Laser cutting path programming. 1-2 days.
First sample: We produce 5-10 sample pieces. 2-3 days.
Sample shipping: Samples shipped via DHL/FedEx (3-5 days). First sample is free — you only pay shipping (~$30-50).
Approval: You inspect samples and approve or request changes. Minor changes are free. Major design changes may require mold modification ($50-100).
After sample approval, we begin full production. You receive weekly progress photos and a final QC report before shipping.

100% QC inspection: Every piece is inspected for defects. Defective pieces are recycled and replaced. We provide a QC report with photos.
Defect rate: ≤1.5% (industry average: 3-5%). Any defects beyond 1.5% are replaced at our cost.
Consolidation: If you're ordering multiple component types, we coordinate all factories and merge into one shipment. Free.
Production complete. We package your order professionally and ship via your chosen method. Balance payment due before shipping.
Export packaging: Professional export packaging included. Individual bags, labeled boxes, palletized for sea freight.
